As Unified Communications (UC) has become a mainstream technology, businesses are adapting to life within a completely connected working environment and searching for ways to implement best practice as they enter a digital future. Communications experts will gather at UC EXPO 2016, the largest Unified Communications (UC) and Collaboration event in Europe, when it open its doors on 19th & 20th April at Olympia in London.
The two day event will showcase the latest UC solutions and technologies from over 100 suppliers, suitable for large organizations, SMEs and start-ups, which can help businesses communicate and work more efficiently within a completely connected environment.
There will also be a ‘modern workplace’ set up at the UC EXPO Theatre, which will include seminars on Office 365 and Skype for Business. Microsoft has recently announced a geographic expansion of its Skype for Business Cloud PBX meeting broadcast and PSTN services, to further transform how businesses collaborate internally as well as with clients and partners.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with representatives from organizations looking to transform their communication infrastructure and attend free seminar sessions to learn from thought leaders in the field of UC. The seminar sessions will include the latest insight into new technology from leading organizations including Microsoft, Google and Facebook.
Themes set to permeate the event include managing a collaborative working environment in the age of digital transformation, making UC usable, and how the working landscape is set to change in the future.
Pure IP is particularly excited about the “Future of” panel debate series, a number of major keynote sessions exploring what the future holds for the key communication and collaboration technologies in enterprise and public organisations. The ‘Future of Unified Communications’ debate in particular looks to be a “must-see” where panelists, including Microsoft, will discuss the key issues and share their strategies.
